The Modular Content Production Model
The Modular Content Production Model turns one 30–40 minute recording into about 400 complete short videos. They're posted across 10 pages that lead to one main page, and the results decide what goes into the next recording.

Four steps, then again
The model always runs in the same order: record, produce, post, improve. Every round starts from what the last one learned.
- 1
Record
The script is written in parts: 10 ways to open, 8 middles and 5 ways to end. The person reads all of it in one 30–40 minute sitting.
- 2
Produce
Every opening is joined with every middle and ending. 10 × 8 × 5 = 400 complete videos, each with a real beginning, middle and end.
- 3
Post
The videos go out across 10 pages. Each page points people to one main page. 400 videos × 10 pages = 4,000 posts.
- 4
Improve
The numbers show which openings, middles and endings people actually watch. The strong parts stay. The weak ones are rewritten for the next script.
Then back to step 1, with a better script.
Ten pages, one destination
One page can only post so much before people see the same thing twice. Spreading the videos across 10 pages reaches more new people, and every page sends them to the same main page.
The math, step by step
Change any number to see how it adds up. The 500 views per post is an example, not a promise. Real averages depend on the topic, the pages and the videos.
- Complete videos
- 400
- Posts
- 4,000
- Views from one recording
- 2,000,000
What's new about it
Parts of this idea exist elsewhere. Here's where the model differs.
Clipping a long video
Highlights are cut from a talk that wasn't planned for short videos. You get a few dozen clips, and many start mid-thought.
Mixing ad hooks and bodies
Ad teams swap openings on paid ads to test them. It stops at the ad, with no posting plan and no next script.
This model
The recording is planned for combinations, so every video is complete. It adds 10 pages leading to one main page, and the results write the next recording.
Questions
Who created the Modular Content Production Model?
Alvin Rafiuzzaman, founder of irank, created it in October 2026.
How long is the recording?
One sitting of 30–40 minutes. The person reads a script written in parts, so nothing has to be planned on camera.
Is every combination posted?
No. Combinations that don't read naturally from start to finish are dropped before anything is posted.
Are the view numbers guaranteed?
No. The 500 views per post is an example to show the arithmetic. Real averages depend on the topic, the pages and the videos.
Who runs it?
You can run it yourself with this page. irank also runs it for business owners: the script, the editing, the posting and the numbers.

Doing all of this yourself is a lot
Writing the parts, editing 400 videos, running 10 pages and reading the numbers is a full-time job. irank does it for you.
